Isaiah Ripley (known as HypeR) is an American rapper, Lo-Fi artist, accounting student, and entrepreneur from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. He is the founder and CEO of The Accounting Hospital, a tech-forward accounting brand he launched in May 2025 while still in college. He is known for blending creative energy with financial structure, building a name as both an independent artist and future CPA.

Early Life

Isaiah was born in 2005 and raised in Rehoboth Beach. His parents founded a nonprofit organization called Teach A Person To Fish Society in Sussex County, where they helped individuals build life and job skills โ€” this deeply influenced Isaiah's desire to help people through business.

Music Career

Inspired by artists like MIYACHI and Coogie, Isaiah began releasing music under the name HypeR, a high-energy rap persona focused on ambition, self-improvement, and real-world hustle. In parallel, he created Reconcile Rythms, a Lo-Fi alias dedicated to smooth, calming instrumentals โ€” often used for focus and study.

Notable Songs

Business Career

In May 2025, Isaiah launched The Accounting Hospital, an accounting company designed with young entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses in mind. His mission is to make finance understandable, efficient, and even fun. The website features clean design, gamified learning, and even an accounting-themed platformer game in development.

Isaiah's vision is to expand his brand statewide across Delaware, but even if it stays local, his goal is to serve his community with tools and support rooted in empowerment and creativity.

Education

Isaiah is currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Accounting at Delaware Technical Community College. He is building his company while still in school, using what he learns in real-time to improve the services and systems behind his brand.

Japanese Influence

In 2023, Isaiahโ€™s cousin William introduced him to anime and Japanese culture. Though Isaiah didnโ€™t initially get into anime itself, the exposure sparked a deep appreciation for Japanese culture, values, and design. He began watching Japanese creators on YouTube and exploring the culture further.

"God d#mn it, William! But Iโ€™m glad you did it though."

Isaiah plans to travel to Japan with his brother and cousin in the near future.

Legacy & Goals

Isaiah aims to become a successful artist-accountant โ€” a rare blend of creativity and financial discipline. He wants to be remembered as the person who made accounting more accessible and modern, while also making real music that spoke to his generation.
